The Project Magazine

 

The Project is the official magazine of The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis. Printed once a year, the magazine is designed to serve as an overview of research and fundraising activities throughout the previous year.

 

 

The 2009-2010 magazine highlights many scientific subjects including an extensive update on the Clinical Trials Initiative, Establishing a Standard of Care for Mild Hypothermia’s Use in Spinal Cord Injury, The Use of Deep Brain Stimulation in Treating Incomplete Spinal Cord Injuries, How Residential Stem Cells Self-Repair the Brain and Spinal Cord and Dr. Edelle Field-Fote’s First Evidence-Based Book published entitled Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation. The Project 2009-2010 also includes messages from the President Marc Buoniconti, Co-Founder Nick Buoniconti, Co-Founder, Dr. Barth Green and Scientific Director Dr. W. Dalton Dietrich.
